Each year AAA reviews more than 30,000 restaurants. Just 0.2 percent make the AAA Five Diamond list and only 2.3 percent make the AAA Four Diamond List. Inspired and staying true to the essence of their location in the Virginia Piedmont, Harriman’s menu highlights fresh, seasonal ingredients, captivating farm to table elements with their very own Chef’s garden located just outside the restaurant. Lemaire is a New American restaurant bringing a fresh, modern culinary experience to one of Virginia’s most iconic attractions – The Jefferson Hotel. Lamaire is disappointing at best and decidedly overpriced. The atmosphere, however, is nice. Good decorators is the only compliment this place deserves. What a shame.

Hey Bill, these are the restaurants that made the AAA Four Diamond list. Pomme is a fantastic restaurant but hasn’t made that list.
