Fine dining can get expensive, but with restaurant weeks popping up all around Virginia including lunches for $10 or less, you can get upscale meals without spending a fortune. Discover Virginia’s delicious foodie scene during Restaurant Week in the following cities for a fantastic, affordable meal that benefits nonprofits and local charities.

 

Williamsburg Restaurant Week—January 21 – 31

Details: Pre-fixe menus at select restaurants, serving breakfast and lunch start at $10.17, while dinner is $20.17 or $30.17.

Alexandria Restaurant Week—February 17 – 26

Details: Features restaurants in Old Town, Del Ray, Carlyle and the West End of Alexandria. Cost varies from $10-$20 per person lunch to $35 three-course dinner menu.

A Few Participating Restaurants: Eve, Vermilion, Blackwall Hitch, Hen Quarter, Live Oak, and Vola’s Dockside Grill.

Newport News Restaurant Week—January 21 – February 4

Details: Enjoy a two-course lunch for $10, or make reservations for dinner options that range from $20 to $30 for a three-course meal.  As restaurants sign up to participate, their menus and other information will be added to the official Newport News Restaurant Week website, so check back often for updates.

A Few Participating Restaurants: Circa 1918 Kitchen & Bar, Fin Seafood Restaurant, Travinia Italian Kitchen & Wine Bar, Al Fresco Italian Restaurant, Tradition Brewing Co., and Second Street Newport News.

Virginia Beach Restaurant Week—February 20 – 26

Details: Two-course lunches start at $10 and three-course dinners from $20. Over 90 restaurants participate in the Virginia Beach area.

Details: Prices at select restaurants are $19, $29, or $39 for a three-course dinner.

Roanoke Restaurant Week—January 20 – 29

Details: Roanoke Restaurant Week features “Choice Lunch” options for less than $10, lunch with a side and drink for $10, $20 three-course dinner options, and $35 three-course dinners at select restaurants. Check the website for pricing and menu options.

A Few Participating Restaurants: Billy’s, Blue 5 Restaurant, Leonore, Scrambled, The Regency Room, and Wall Street Tavern.

Norfolk Restaurant Week—January 15 – 22

Details: $12 lunch and brunch options at select restaurants, and $25-$35 dinners at 17 restaurants in the Norfolk area.

A Few Participating Restaurants: Vintage Kitchen, Spirit of Norfolk Cruise, Freemason Abbey, the Monastery Restaurant, and Big Easy Oyster Bar/Norfolk Seafood Co.

Harrisonburg Restaurant Week—March 5 – 11

Details: The first official restaurant week in Harrisonburg will feature the popular Taste of Downtown event, as well as collaborations between local restaurants, food tours, and more.

Northern Virginia Restaurant Week—March 20 – 27

Details: Participating restaurants will set their own prix fixe menus with discounted pricing.

A Few Participating Restaurants: Upper Crust Pizzeria and Bistro 360 Wine Bar, Market, & Restaurant are the only two announced so far. Check the website for further details.
